Myth 1: You do not need to exercise your PF when pregnant
Myth 2: Sit up and ‘core’ exercises will fix my tummy separation
Myth 3: I’ve been ‘cleared’ to exercises I can run/skip/lift heavy weight/get back to the gym at 6 weeks after birth
Myth 4: My pelvic floor is fine now, I will worry about it later on.
These are the top 4 things women will say in my clinic when they are pregnant or have just given birth. And they could NOT be further from the truth!
